At a Concert

At C2S3 Crowd Safety Management we are committed to making events a safe and enjoyable place to be whilst minimising the impact we have on our surroundings.

We believe in the triangle of essential requirements to ensure a successful event - Safety - Security - Service and focus on all aspects of these in event delivery.

We have a wealth of experience operating at all levels of the events industry, from small events of a few hundred people to full stadium events of thousands of spectators and everything that goes in-between. We've been integral to global mega events, from the planning stages right through to the delivery and operational phases of the events, including the all-important after event activities.

Our background provides us with a wide gazing view covering crowd safety, building safety, sustainability, facilities management, engineering, and procurement. We work with the organisers, the venue, and local authorities to provide a holistic solution.

Interpol Project Stadia

C2S3 Crowd Safety Management provided a consultancy to assist Interpol in creating a stadium certification program, primarily for FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, with the intention of it being rolled out to all 192 Interpol member countries.  The work took place at Interpol's Headquarters in Lyon, France culminating in direct liaison with the Supreme Committee for Delivery in Doha, Qatar where the stadia were assessed.

Rugby World Cup

Responsible for the installation of the overlay and the delivery of the Rugby World Cup 2015, with the associated requirements. Two years of planning and a full six months of execution and delivery of the event.

In addition to these events, we have worked on the delivery of super events such as the UEFA Champions League Final where the footprint of the venue was extended well beyond its normal boundaries, and the complexities of designing additional security measures that could be operated without compromising spectator safety and vice-versa, or interfering with the customer experience - getting to the heart of our business.
